Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices (iPad/laptop).
• Walkie-talkie use and ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos; clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs; source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy, organized sales floor and stockroom; assist with daily operational tasks.
