Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and customer service excellence.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/Laptop); ability to use Mobile POS.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive and organize shipments; stockroom maintenance and visual merchandising updates.
• Assist customers, answer questions, and relay information to team as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to loss prevention guidelines.
