Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate III at our Thornton, Colorado location (Denver Premium). This part-time role blends luxury retail service with omni-channel selling, delivering an elevated shopping experience while meeting personal and store goals.

You will build strong client relationships through styling guidance, product knowledge, and personal outreach, use POS and social tools, and support daily store operations. Flexible schedule and a professional, team-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, read price sheets.
Strong English proficiency.
Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
Assist with daily store operations and maintain visuals and stock.
