You will operate the POS, manage stock, and contribute to on-brand customer experiences in a luxury retail setting. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a strong customer-service mindset, with schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or cash handling is preferred and can be combined with education.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Proficiency with cash registers and basic computer tools (iPad, laptop, POS systems).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement in the local market.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and collect customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness and report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and update visual merchandising as needed.
• Support sales floor activities and partner with the team or management.
