We are looking for a temporary Logistics Coordinator to support during a maternity leave.

The US Logistics Coordinator at Isabel Marant is responsible for overseeing all inventory management, wholesale operations, and logistics within the US area to ensure effective seasonal support, accurate stock levels, and operational excellence. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to effectively support seasonal and day-to-day logistics for both retail and wholesale channels.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working cross-functionally with global teams.

Responsibilities:

Retail Logistics and Stock Support

• Track and oversee shipments in collaboration with central and regional warehouses; address and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Assist with stock transfers between retail stores and ensure all movements are accurately documented.
• Develop and manage logistics timelines during high-demand periods to ensure consistent product availability.
• Process Ecommerce returns and reintegrate inventory into retail replenishment systems.

Retail Seasonal Peak Support

• Coordinate with HQ on delivery dates of product launches and ensure coordination and communication to retail stores.
• Provide warehouse operations administrative support during peak seasons.
• Oversee packaging and PLV for stores and ensure stock levels are maintained both in-store and warehouse.
• Communicate packaging of inventory to HQ proactively.

Wholesale Sales Analytics

• Generate weekly sales reports for major accounts: Saks, Nordstrom, Shopbop, FWRD, Revolve, Ssense, Moda Operandi.
• Conduct pre-market analysis on previous seasons to identify trends and top-selling items.

Wholesale Order Management

• Pull and review order / shipping reports for management; Collaborate with HQ Customer Service team to identify and resolve issues.
• Enter and update orders through Orli system.

Wholesale Finance Support

• Verify customers’ financial coverage or prepayment to avoid any shipping delays.
• Collaborate with the Finance and Sales teams to reconcile customer charge backs and deductions.

Wholesale Return to Vendor Management

• Organize, track, and close all RTV and customer Credit Notes
• Laise with HQ Customer Service and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues.
• Provide requested product information from partners including UPCs, MSRPs, Copy Info, and complete vendor templates to go live.

Wholesale Post Market Oder Confirmation Management

• Track all order confirmations statuses to ensure all wholesale orders are cleared for shipment.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or retail operations, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Experience in retail or wholesale operations is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business needs
