Isabel Marant at the Cabazon Outlet is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the Store Manager, elevate the client experience, and uphold visual and operational standards.

You will mentor the sales team, lead recruitment and training, maintain client books, handle customer issues, and ensure brand aesthetics through VM rotations and merchandising guidelines. Strong fashion sense and leadership required; position offers fixed salary plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Have experience in a retail setting with a minimum of 5 years selling RTW and/or Runway pieces.
• Must have 5+ years with clienteling and be customer service centric.
• Experience with VM reporting and VM rotations.
• Must be fashion savvy with an impeccable presentation.
• Have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Must be a team player with some Sales Team leader experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in daily operational tasks (open/close register, sales objectives, weekly report, morning meetings, etc.).
• Assist the Store Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives.
• participate to Sales advisor recruitment and training.
• Maintain existing and create new strong clientele relationships / client book handling.
• Address customer complaints and after sales issues.
• Product Knowledge Training.
• Facilitate Product Feedback gathering from client’s and team’s comments.
• Participate in maintaining the merchandising guidelines. Lead VM rotations. VM reporting.
• Facilitate the brand's high standards customer service, communicate the brand's aesthetic.
• Effectively adhere to and enforce the brand's procedures and guidelines.

Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in optimizing sales, providing clients a first-rate shopping experience, as well as overseeing the store's operational and visual standards. In lieu of store manager, this role additionally supports team mentorship and critical feedback. This individual must exhibit a solid understanding of leadership and lead by being an excellent role model to their team.

Skills/Abilities:

• Have experience in a retail setting with a minimum of 5 years selling RTW and/or Runway pieces
• Proficient in working with a POS, Cegid experience a plus
• Must have 5+ years with clienteling and be customer service centric
• Experience with VM reporting and VM rotations
• Must be fashion savvy with an impeccable presentation
• Have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Must be a team player with some Sales Team leader experience

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Compensation:

Fix salary + commissions based upon your individual sales, individual objective, and store goal.
