Responsibilities

• Track shipments with central and regional warehouses and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Assist with stock transfers between retail stores and document movements.
• Develop and manage logistics timelines during high-demand periods for product availability.
• Process ecommerce returns and reintegrate inventory into replenishment systems.
• Generate weekly wholesale sales reports for major accounts.
• Enter and update orders through Orli system.
• Verify customers’ financial coverage to avoid shipping delays.
• Organize, track, and close RTVs and vendor credits.
