Job summary

FlexStaff is hiring a temporary Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist for our client, a leading federal credit union, located in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is 100% on-site in the office. They are seeking candidates with loan and/or lease experience, as well as customer service/call center experience.

Responsibilities include handling high call volumes, processing lease maintenance requests, and promptly addressing inquiries from members and third parties while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience in consumer loan or lease environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage high call volume.
• Process and support all types of consumer lease maintenance requests in accordance with established policies, and procedures, including account maintenance, transactions, and vendor follow-up.
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email inquiries from credit union teammates, third parties, and members.
• Research and resolve lease servicing issues, including compliance concerns, complaints, and escalations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional member service for lease servicing and termination requests.
