Stanford Federal Credit Union is seeking a Loan Administration Specialist to manage the Real Estate/Member Business Lending servicing desk on-site in Palo Alto. You’ll handle loan payments, payoff processing, impound activities, and responsive member support.

The role requires 1–3 years in loan servicing or related fields, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 is important.

Qualifications

One to three years of customer service, loan servicing or similar lending experience.
Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

Assist with DMV Specialist(s) on processing DMV transactions with precision and accuracy.
Manage inventory of original notes and coordinate loan file retrieval.
Respond to day-to-day member loan inquiries and servicing needs via multiple channels.
Maintain Real Estate and Commercial loan post-closing security documents and filing.
Set up ACH accounts, post payments accurately, and handle payoff demands.
