Responsibilities

• Credit Card Portfolio Servicing: serve as a primary servicing resource for the credit card portfolio, including research and documentation.
• Automobile Titles & Collateral Administration: lead administration and tracking of titles and collateral documentation.
• Advanced Loan Servicing: handle complex servicing for consumer, real estate, home equity loans.
• Escrow, Insurance & Real Estate Servicing: backup for escrow and real estate servicing tasks.
• Loan Funding & Servicing Support: assist with funding activities and post-closing issues.
• Member & Department Support: resolve complex inquiries across departments to ensure a consistent member experience.
• LSR III Backup & Cross-Training: provide backup support and assist with workflow coordination.
• Quality Control, Research & Exception Management: review exceptions and identify root causes for escalation.
• Team Support, Training & Process Improvement: guide others and help improve processes.
• Compliance, Reporting & Special Projects: ensure compliance and assist with audits and reporting.
