Broadview Federal Credit Union is seeking a Retail Loan Servicing Specialist to manage consumer loan service requests, research, and discharges. You will respond to member calls, monitor the loan servicing inbox, and ensure timely payoffs and discharges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in mortgage or retail loan servicing.

Responsibilities

• Process service requests through DNA Activity Manager, including loan corrections/reversals, research, and payoffs.
• Respond to incoming calls from members and internal staff.
• Manage the Retail Loan Servicing email inbox and DocuSign requests.
• Process payments and payoffs for all consumer loan products daily and ensure discharge within 30 days.
• Review and correct consumer loan accounts using reports (zero balance, payoff, etc.).
• Review Monthly Statements and year-end documents; conduct portfolio reviews.
• Handle Home Equity discharges and related tasks; manage mail merges.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
