Job Description:
Under general supervision, perform expert support as described below in one or more of the following Information Technology (IT) areas: Hardware and software support, network support, systems administration, research, procurement, and training. Performs related work as assigned.
This position’s primary responsibilities include providing help Desk Support, implementing and supporting agency computers and peripherals, and performing basic system administration.
This is an 11-month temporary position. Candidates are expected to work in person, Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM for an 11-month period, followed by a 1-month break in service.
Minimum Qualifications : Associate’s degree in computer science and two years of related technical and business experience. Two years of related technical and business experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. OR post high school coursework in computer science and three years of related technical and business experience. Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Valid driver’s license is required.
