Clarience Technologies seeks a motivated HR Generalist for a 3-6 month onsite assignment in Southfield, MI. This temporary, hourly role covers talent acquisition, onboarding, HR operations, and HRIS work within a manufacturing and tech-driven environment.

You will collaborate with HR pros and leaders, contributing to strategic and administrative projects while upholding confidentiality and compliance in a dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and coordination; schedule interviews; support internship outreach; maintain candidate records in ATS.
• Onboarding & Employee Experience: support onboarding activities and orientation; prepare materials; contribute to a positive employee experience; coordinate engagement activities.
• HR Administration: maintain employee files; assist with HR data entry, reporting, and record management in Workday; support audits and compliance; prepare HR communications.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: assist with engagement surveys, events, wellness programs, and training coordination; develop communications; support special projects.
