Job summary

You will ensure accurate HRIS data, support employee relations, manage FMLA and workers' comp, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 3+ years in payroll, recruiting, or leave management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct full-cycle recruiting for union and non-union roles, from postings to onboarding.
• Administer payroll inputs, deductions, and tax withholdings with HRIS accuracy.
• Manage FMLA, workers' compensation, benefits, and leave administration.
• Partner with managers to address employee relations and policy guidance.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee records.
• Support compliance reporting and offboarding processes.
