Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding.
• Administer benefits programs including health insurance and retirement.
• Maintain employee records in compliance with policies and laws.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and employment law to managers.
• Develop HR initiatives to promote engagement, diversity and inclusion.
• Support employee relations and resolve conflicts.
• Oversee performance management processes and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Coordinate training and professional development programs.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
