3-Dimensional Services Group seeks an HR professional to assist the Talent Manager in building and leading recruiting and development across seven plant locations in Michigan. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, onboard new hires, and support HR functions like training, benefits and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume environments.
• Experience with interviewing and onboarding processes.
• Proficient in ATS usage and candidate tracking in Paycom.

Responsibilities

• Participate in high-volume, project-based hiring across 7 locations.
• Draft job descriptions and hiring criteria with the Talent Manager.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment tasks (I-9, E-Verify, etc.).
• Maintain ATS dashboards for open roles, time-to-fill, and agency performance.
