lululemon is seeking a Temp Guest Experience Lead (6 months) to ensure an outstanding in-store experience for every guest at Church Street. You will educate guests on products, lead floor operations, and act as Supervisor on Duty to support sales goals and team performance.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills, with at least 1 year in retail or guest-facing work. This position emphasizes inclusivity and collaboration in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.
