Hospital Authority invites applications for Temporary Executive Officer II (Hospital Authority Academy). The post holder will assist in overseeing day‑to‑day operations, policy formulation, and the development and delivery of corporate training initiatives within HA Head Office.

The post-holder will assist managers and supervisors in overseeing the day-to-day operations in one or more of the following functional areas of the Hospital Authority Academy (HAA), developing and implementing training initiatives in line with the direction of the HAA and the Hospital Authority:
Provide executive support in policy formulation, implementation and delivery;
Provide administrative support to the daily operation of the department, such as budget monitoring, and human resource management;
Provide executive and secretarial support to committees and working groups;
Collect, organise and analyse information and prepare statistics and reports;
Assist in planning, organising, and implementing corporate training programmes, new initiatives and projects;
Assist in preparation of presentation materials, papers, letters, statistics and reports;
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for corporate training programmes, new initiatives and projects; and
Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
A university degree or equivalent.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in training/ general administration, executive and secretarial support at corporate level, and/ or project management.
Responsible, self-motivated, creative, highly flexible and detailed-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing, and design and video editing software like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
Fluent in Putonghua.

Suitable candidate will be appointed on temporary terms for a period up to 31 March 2027 and 3 August 2027 respectively. The renewal/ extension of appointment will be subject to service needs, availability of funding and job performance.
