Job Title: Executive Assistant

Compensation: $50-$60 per hour

Duration: 6-month Temp

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support a co-founder at an SF based AI startup. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and strategic support to multiple senior leaders, ensuring smooth operations and helping optimize their time.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the cofounder's calendars, ensuring effective scheduling of meetings, travel, and appointments.
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members to ensure meetings are productive by preparing materials, following up on action items, and serving as a resource on organizational matters.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, draft communications on behalf of leadership, and manage correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Plan and execute internal events (both in-person and virtual), including team offsites and training, and handle travel logistics.
  • Assist with establishing and improving administrative systems and processes within the team.

Must Have:

  • 7-10+ years of Executive Assistant or similar experience.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management skills, ability to shift priorities quickly, and anticipate the needs of others.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage executive workflows.
  • Willingness to be in the office four days per week and occasional travel with leadership.
  • Proficient with Google Suite & Slack.
