We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Litigation and our VP, Deputy General Counsel, Commercial & Corporate. This role is pivotal in managing executive priorities, optimizing workflow, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. This is a remote role, based in the USA, with occasional travel for organizational events and offsites. You will report to the Executive Business Partner to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and General Counsel.
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
$112,200 - $165,000 USD
