Duration: 12 Months

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Range: $38 - $40 per hour on W2

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic team, offering the flexibility of remote work while prioritizing candidates in the Bay Area or those aligned with PST. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of administrative tasks in line with company policies and demonstrating the ability to make autonomous decisions. The role requires balancing routine work with the capacity to handle new assignments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination and booking of travel arrangements and schedules.
  • Managing calendars, prioritizing incoming emails, and setting meetings.
  • Handling logistics for seminars, workshops, and team meetings, including off-site planning.
  • Setting up new vendors and managing purchase order requisitions, office supplies procurement, and sponsorship requests.
  • Undertaking note-taking and record keeping for management and team meetings to ensure streamlined administrative support.
Must-Have Skills
  • Advanced organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication abilities for internal and external correspondence.
  • Proficiency in time management to balance routine tasks and new projects efficiently.
Industry Experience
  • Previous experience in administrative roles is required, preferably in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

This position does not require in-office attendance and is suitable for highly organized, self-motivated candidates looking to leverage their administrative expertise in a supportive, growth-oriented workplace.
