Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for an on-site role in Antioch, CA. You will support the Community Manager in financial operations, rent collection, and reporting, while ensuring tenant satisfaction and lease compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years in property management, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and proficiency with Yardi/OneSite. Training and growth opportunities are provided within a stable, global real estate platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1–3 years of relevant property management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process rent, fees, and other payments and prepare daily deposits.
• Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and maintain data integrity.
• Review leases and balances, collect delinquencies, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Process vendor invoices, code charges, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Assist in leasing/marketing by greeting prospects and guiding applications when needed.
