Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Microsoft applications and familiarity with Microsoft software.
• Ability to learn new software.
• Excellent telephone, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for students and employees for issues including hardware and software.
• Deploy computer images and create/elevate work orders when unresolved.
• Perform light maintenance on printers.
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Other duties as assigned.
