LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Scottsdale-based company to hire a Temporary Benefits Specialist for a 4-month, on-site assignment. You will support day-to-day benefits administration with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, leveraging Excel and HRIS tools.
The role requires 3+ years in benefits administration, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. You will interact with carriers, manage enrollments, and provide timely benefits information to employees.
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in Scottsdale who is in need of temporary benefits support.
This is a 4-month contract, fully on site supporting day-to-day benefits administration in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, excellent attention to detail, and intermediate Excel skills. The hourly range is up to $34/HR DOE.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
