This role will be solely focused on benefit administration for our client's employees. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefit plans including 401(k) eligibility, investment options, and retirement planning resources while maintaining records, resolving issues, and supporting annual audits and reporting requirements. Strong attention to detail, knowledge of retirement plan administration, and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
Pay Details: $35.00 to $42.00 per hour
