Human Resources Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established organization in Scottsdale that is looking to add a Human Resources Coordinator to their team. This individual will play a key role in supporting employee-related processes, maintaining personnel information, and assisting with various HR initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative responsibilities and employee support functions.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for routine HR questions and employee requests.
  • Coordinate new hire activities, including onboarding schedules, orientation materials, and employment documentation.
  • Ensure employee records are accurately maintained and updated in internal databases and tracking systems.
  • Assist with employment verification requests, compliance paperwork, and recordkeeping requirements.
  • Support recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and scheduling hiring team meetings.
  • Process status changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations while ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Assist with payroll-related documentation, employee time records, and benefits administration support.
  • Prepare HR correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and employee communications.
  • Monitor documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in human resources, office administration, recruiting support, or a related field.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working with HR systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understanding of HR practices, onboarding procedures, and employee record management is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional HR coursework or certifications are beneficial.
Position Information

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
