Job summary

Connect Search LLC is seeking an experienced Benefits & Leave Administrator to support the Total Rewards function. The role covers daily benefits administration, employee leave programs, open enrollment, vendor coordination, and benefit education.

The ideal candidate will handle questions from employees, liaise with vendors and HR partners, and support multiple benefit and leave processes while maintaining confidential data. Hybrid schedule with some onsite and remote days is offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on employee benefits administration experience.
• Experience supporting open enrollment processes.
• Leave of absence administration experience (FMLA preferred).
• Ability to communicate benefits clearly to employees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administration of FMLA, ADA accommodations, parental leave, and disability programs with 3rd party administrator and HR teams.
• Support annual open enrollment including educating employees and answering questions.
• Reconcile monthly benefit invoices and assist with monthly accounts.
• Assist with garnishments and life-status changes.
• Audit HRIS-to-vendor data transfers and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide guidance to employees on benefits questions.
• Contribute to benefit orientations for new hires.
• Collaborate with HR, Total Rewards, employees and vendors to resolve issues.
• Maintain confidential employee and benefits data.
