The position is a 6-month temporary assignment with potential for temp-to-hire based on performance. Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, on-site in Honolulu, with compensation $30.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous benefits administration or HR experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborative and proactive in seeking clarification.

Responsibilities

• Support annual open enrollment activities for active employees and retirees.
• Process and manage HC-5 documentation.
• Assist with dependent documentation audits.
• Coordinate and support employee well-being events.
• Administer dependent COBRA-related processes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide administrative and project support to the Benefits team.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments.
