This role processes payroll for 50+ employees, maintains personnel records, supports benefits, and helps implement company policies while upholding confidentiality and accuracy. Starting at $25/hour with full family medical coverage after ramp-up and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year payroll experience.
• 1 year Human Resources experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google tools.
• Ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for 50+ employees.
• Assist in implementing employees.
• Provide administrative support to HR.
• Implement company culture, values, and policies.
• Manage data entry and maintenance of employee records.
• Notify managers of upcoming evaluations.
• Assist with maintaining benefits and reconciling payroll files.
• Attend required meetings and maintain confidentiality.
