Enterprise Mobility, operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo brands, is hiring a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative at Tampa International Airport. You will greet customers, explain rental terms, and guide them through the rental process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

The role requires at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience, a valid US driver's license, and the ability to work a defined seasonal schedule.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years; no DUI/DWI in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other equipment.
• Assist customers with directions, maps, and local information.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general questions via calls or in person.
• Inspect rental return condition and report any issues to management.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
