Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and services clearly.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, and extras.
• Provide directions and local information to customers.
• Answer calls for reservations, quotes, and general questions.
• Assist with vehicle condition checks upon return and report issues.
