Job summary

Lamsco West is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Inventory Clerk to assist with physical inventory counts and verification in our warehouse, supporting year-end inventory activities by accurately counting, recording, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate records.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment, with strong mathematical, analytical, and Excel skills, and the ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse inventory control or counting preferred.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and identify part numbers and inventory labels.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory counts of materials, parts, and products.
• Verify quantities against records and count sheets.
• Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials.
• Record inventory counts using sheets or electronic systems.
• Assist with cycle counts and year-end inventory activities.
• Verify part numbers, labels, and storage locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Work with warehouse personnel to resolve discrepancies.
• Other inventory-related duties as assigned.
