Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; degree in business-related field preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory control or counting preferred.
• Strong math, analytical and organizational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to identify and reconcile discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory counts of materials, parts, and products in the warehouse.
• Verify counts against records and sheets.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items.
• Record counts accurately using sheets or electronic systems.
• Assist with cycle counts and year-end inventory activities.
• Verify part numbers, labels, and locations for accuracy.
• Help organize and identify inventory materials as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned.
