Job summary

Lamour is seeking an Inventory Clerk for our distribution center to ensure inventory accuracy and organization. You will manage cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain SKU/location data within the warehouse management system, working closely with operations to keep inventory visibility high.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehousing or inventory control, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of Blue Cherry WMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in supply chain/logistics a plus.
• 1–2 years warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Blue Cherry WMS or similar warehouse systems.
• Strong Excel skills for inventory reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the cycle count program, including scheduling and reporting.
• Investigate root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate location, SKU, and quantity data in the WMS.
• Lead physical inventory events and audits.
• Monitor inventory metrics and report trends to management.
• Coordinate with operations to align replenishment and shortages.
• Ensure proper product slotting, labeling, and location integrity.
• Develop SOPs for inventory control processes and train staff.
