ADVATIX - Advanced Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking a Temporary Warehouse Clerical Associate to support warehouse operations. The role focuses on coordinating material transfers, performing data entry in the WMS, and ensuring accurate records for inventory movement.

Candidates should have warehouse experience, familiarity with WMS, and strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. This temporary position emphasizes accuracy, communication, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED preferred.
• Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is necessary
• Previous experience working in Inventory Control
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working in a warehouse setting and using a WMS is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the pull and delivery of needed items per SOE.
• Update Warehouse Management System (WMS) with inventory transfers.
• Reconcile inventory shortages and report discrepancies as needed.
• Handle additional material requests.
• Complete after-job process via WMS—analyze data and return leftovers to proper locations.
