Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred; candidates pursuing such degrees considered.
• Previous warehouse, inventory control, or counting experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to identify and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to read and identify part numbers and inventory labels.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform physical inventory counts of materials, parts, and products throughout the warehouse.
• Verify inventory quantities against inventory records and count sheets.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials.
• Accurately record inventory counts using inventory sheets or electronic systems.
• Assist with cycle counts and year-end physical inventory activities.
• Verify part numbers, labels, and storage locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist with organizing and identifying inventory materials as needed.
• Work closely with warehouse personnel to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned.
• Additional Duties, as assigned.

Requirements: Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful job performance will be considered. Typical qualifications would be:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Candidates currently pursuing a degree in one of these fields will also be considered.
• Previous warehouse, inventory control, or inventory counting experience preferred.
