Lamsco West is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Inventory Clerk to assist with physical inventory counts and verification in our warehouse. This position will support year-end inventory activities by accurately counting, recording, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Candidates pursuing a degree in these fields will be considered.
• Warehouse, inventory control, or counting experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to reconcile inventory discrepancies; read labels and part numbers.

Responsabilités

• Perform physical inventory counts of materials, parts, and products throughout the warehouse.
• Verify inventory quantities against records and count sheets.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials.
• Accurately record inventory counts using sheets or electronic systems.
• Assist with cycle counts and year-end physical inventory activities.
• Verify part numbers, labels, and storage locations for accuracy.
• Organize and identify inventory materials as needed.
• Work closely with warehouse personnel to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned.
