Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruiting processes: agency management, scheduling interviews, candidate coordination.
• Experience assisting with performance management, compensation reviews, learning and development, and lifecycle programs.
• Experience in professional services, financial services, insurance, or tech environments preferred.
• Workday experience preferred.

Job description

Our client, a growing global insurance firm, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm HR Associate to join its New York City office. This role will support recruiting coordination, employee programs, performance management, compensation cycles, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, talent acquisition support, or generalist responsibilities within a fast-paced professional services, financial services, or technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
• 2+ years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or HR operations, required.
• Experience supporting recruiting processes, including agency management, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination, required.
• Experience assisting with employee performance management, compensation reviews, learning and development initiatives, and employee lifecycle programs, required.
• Experience working in a professional services, financial services, insurance, or technology environment, preferred.
• Workday experience, preferred.

The hourly rate for this role is $40-$45/hr. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
