Responsibilities

This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible, hands‑on position with broad ownership across HR. The individual will oversee day‑to‑day HR operations in the U.S., including employee relations, benefits, and recruiting, while also contributing to global HR initiatives and helping shape the firm's people strategy. The ideal candidate is a well‑rounded HR generalist who thrives in a high-performance, service‑oriented environment, exercises strong judgment, and is excited to operate both strategically and tactically.

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong generalist expertise, required.

• Experience managing vendor selection and RFP processes, required.

The base salary range for this role is $150,000-$225,000. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
