Our client, a leading investment banking firm, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Campus Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in New York City. This hybrid role will primarily support MBA and campus recruiting initiatives while partnering closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. The position will play a key role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting recruiting activities, with the potential for longer-term opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, has prior campus recruiting experience, and enjoys delivering a polished candidate experience while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or campus recruiting experience, required.
• Experience within financial services or professional services environments, required.
• Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications throughout the hiring process, required.
• Exposure to sourcing or full-cycle recruiting activities, preferred.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system, preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, required.

The hourly rate for this role is $40-$60/hr. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
