Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is partnering with a growing organization in the renewable energy space to hire a Corporate Recruiter who will manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate, technical, and operations-focused positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

You will source and engage passive candidates, screen and assess applicants, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• High-volume or multi-location recruiting experience.
• Recruiting for technical, skilled trades, or operations-focused positions.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
