Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or campus recruiting experience, required.
• Experience within financial services or professional services environments, required.
• Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications throughout the hiring process, required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and scheduling with candidates, hiring teams and facilities.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruiting process.
• Support MBA and campus recruiting initiatives and partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
