Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is actively seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team in Chicago. You will drive full-cycle recruitment for corporate and professional roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to develop effective strategies and ensure a superior candidate experience.

You will source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking, conduct interviews, manage the process end-to-end, and help shape workforce planning with HR and business leaders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, administrative, HR, finance, marketing, customer service, operations, or technical positions.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing Workday as an applicant tracking system.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking strategies.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and professional-level positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and position requirements.
  • Conduct intake meetings and develop recruitment strategies for open requisitions.
  • Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate all stages of the interview process.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Consult with hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, compensation expectations, and recruiting best practices.
  • Prepare and extend offer packages and negotiate compensation with selected candidates.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Utilize Workday to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, offer generation, and reporting.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to support workforce planning initiatives.
  • Assist with employer branding, recruitment marketing, career fairs, and networking events.
  • Maintain compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and recruiting procedures
