Job summary

You will partner with managers, maintain HRIS data in UltiPro, and help with performance, compensation analysis, and policy information. This temporary-to-hire role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 3+ years of HR experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience in a progressively responsible role.
• Professional HR certification preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UltiPro.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Administer benefits, leave management and compliance.
• Provide coaching to managers on HR issues.
