Job summary

Benefit Harbor is seeking an HR Coordinator on a temporary full-time basis to support HR operations, onboarding, and training under the Employer of Record arrangement with Secure Talent LLC dba WorkWell North America, at Benefit Harbor.

This hybrid role requires 1–3 years in HR, strong organizational skills, and experience with HRIS/ATS; the candidate will work with the HR Operations & Talent Manager and local managers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Professional and service-oriented approach when working with employees and candidates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other standard business applications.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for open positions using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Assist with posting and maintaining job opportunities across recruiting platforms.
• Review resumes and applications and assist with identifying qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview calendars and scheduling with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and HRIS/ATS records.
• Assist with candidate tracking and recruiting reports.
• Support background checks, employment verifications, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
