Job summary

ABA Centers of America, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month on-site assignment. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, market research, and proactive sourcing within assigned regions to build strong talent pipelines.

You will partner with leaders, manage candidate pipelines in Workable, and drive data-driven sourcing practices while delivering high-quality candidates for both exempt and non-exempt roles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience with Workable or similar ATS.
• BA/BS in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across multiple regions and levels.
• Partner with hiring leaders to align on priorities, profiles, and market conditions.
• Conduct intake meetings to define role scope, competencies, and criteria.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong and diverse pipelines.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage candidates.
• Screen and assess candidates through structured interviews for skills and culture fit.
• Maintain data and candidate workflows in Workable.
• Coordinate interviews and guide managers through evaluation and decisions.
• Track recruitment metrics like time to fill and quality of hire.
• Provide insights on talent market trends and compensation benchmarks.
