Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Talent Advisor for a 3-4 month remote contract to help research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies for Behavior Technician roles across the Florida market. You will screen applicants, schedule interviews, ensure compliance with employment laws, and build partnerships with schools to promote Proud Moments ABA as the employer of choice.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare or high-volume roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Ability to evaluate candidate fit and align talent with organizational needs.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Mission-driven mindset focused on supporting children with autism.

Aufgaben

• Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to identify recruiting methods and strategies.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Build relationships with schools in the assigned market to promote brand awareness.
• Performs other duties and supports other markets as assigned.
