Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Behavior Technicians (BTs), RBTs, or ABA professionals is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruiting tools.
• Results-driven mindset with ability to track recruiting KPIs, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring goals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Proactive approach to building talent pipelines, engaging candidates, and improving outcomes.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff.
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and platforms.
• Drive recruiting KPIs: time-to-fill, conversion rates, offer acceptance, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Partner with hiring leaders to align staffing priorities and timelines.
• Deliver a great candidate experience with timely communication and professional processes.
• Maintain accurate ATS records of candidate data, requisitions, and activity.
• Identify bottlenecks, evaluate sourcing strategies, and use data to improve outcomes.
