Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Sourcing Coordinator to join the Home PD and Production team to help manage purchase orders, vendor communications, and shipping coordination.

You will review shipping reports, track TOP samples, process POs in Tradestone, assist with reorders, and support line reviews with Compliance while coordinating with overseas vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to navigate shipment data.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills for daily issues.
• High attention to detail with ability to multi-task.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with large groups and teams.
• Demonstrates personal and moral integrity.
• Experience in home fashion or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly shipping reports to ensure POs are on time.
• Track TOP samples and manage incoming packages with approvals from the team.
• Follow up with vendors to confirm receipt of new POs and manage Tradestone entries.
• Assist monthly reorders to ensure timely confirmations and PO issuance.
• Coordinate price tickets and Checknet issues with agents, vendors, or DC.
• Communicate with Transportation to ensure on-time delivery and customs compliance.
• Facilitate monthly line reviews with Compliance.
• Assist Design Coordinator with outgoing and incoming packages.
• Daily communication with overseas vendors and internal teams.
