Job summary

Anthropologie is seeking a Temporary Sourcing Coordinator to join the Home PD and Production team. You will review shipping reports, manage TOP samples, follow up on POs, assist with monthly reorders, coordinate with transportation, and support line reviews.

Experience in home fashion or retail preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This temporary role offers exposure to global vendor coordination and logistics.

Qualifications

• Proactive problem solving and troubleshooting skills for a fast-paced business.
• Strong attention to detail in monitoring POs and shipments.
• Ability to multitask across multiple vendor and internal teams.

• Experience preferred in home fashion or retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly shipping report to ensure POs are on time.
• Track TOP samples and manage packages; obtain team approvals and comment to vendors.
• Follow up with vendors to confirm PO receipt; manage POs in Tradestone.
• Assist monthly reorders to ensure timely confirmations and PO issues.
• Follow up on order/ticket issues with Checknet, vendors, or DC.
• Coordinate with Transportation to ensure on-time delivery and customs compliance.
• Facilitate monthly line review meetings with Compliance.
• Assist with outgoing and incoming packages.
• Maintain daily communication with overseas vendors and internal teams.

Role Summary

Anthropologie is looking for a Temporary Sourcing Coordinator to join the Home PD and Production team!

Role Responsibilities

• Shipping Report – review the weekly shipping report to ensure all POs are on time.
• TOP Tracking – ensure TOP samples are being sent on a timely basis. Manage incoming TOP sample packages. Gather approvals from team and send comments to vendors.
• Purchase Orders - Follow up with vendors to ensure receipt of new purchase orders. Manage purchase orders in Tradestone
• Reorders- assist team with monthly reorders to ensure timely confirmation and issue of purchase orders
• Price Tickets/Checknet – follow up on ticket issues (orders, shipping, changes, payments) with agents, vendors, Checknet or DC.
• Communicate with Transportation Department to ensure efficient movement of goods, on time delivery is met & customs compliance is met.
• Line Review- Facilitate monthly line review meeting with Compliance.
• Packages – assist Design Coordinator and team with outgoing and incoming packages
• Daily communication with overseas vendors and internal cross functional team members
